Arnica has been noted in our practice as a topical salve for aches and pains. We see the plant act to stimulate movement of the blood beneath the skin, melting bruises away quicker than in its absence. In this same way Arnica stimulates movement and fresh blood cells to an acute site making it top the list for arthritic conditions. We encourage a deeper look for the root cause of discomfort, but offer Arnica as a step along that path.
